Now we are currently updating the blog and facebook(: Tomorrow going to RGS setting up the booth over there. Saturday is going to be the finals! Really working hard on the scrapbook. Almost done! Everyone in the team is feeling the heat. We hope all our hard effort is worth it. Do wish us luck!
busy (part2)
Good evening readers!We received an email from Ms Judy (from the Student Care) that they would like to postpone our talk to the pupils as they will be busy studying for their exams. Unfortunately, not everyone is free as we have different schedules. Some of us have CCAs, overseas trip and outside school programmes. However, we replied back saying we would still like to have our talk to them. We are still finding the right schedule to resume our talk, but so far we have sugested to postpone the talk early next year. This is not the only activity we have for our Future Plans. We are also currently drafting out a ANTI-SMOKING BOOKLET full of activities such as crossword puzzle and internet question and answer. We are so excited about it that we can't wait to see the finished product. -Remember... BE SMART, DON'T START! :) Dunearn FPSP team PS: Finals are in 2 days time! group photo

Smoking makes you stupid?
 Researchers in Israel (Tel Aviv University) tested that 28% of 20,000 men smoked, 3% were former smokers and 68% had never smoked. te article says that "The average IQ of the smokers was 94, compared with 101 among the non-smokers. Men who smoked more than a pack of cigarettes a day had an average IQ of 90." Even the twins that they tested had the same result. The twin who smokes has a lower IQ than the other who does not. The researchers' study could not prove smoking is the reason for people having low IQ or having a lower IQ predisposed people to smoke but they did not count off the possibility that social and economical status produces both smoking and lower IQ. Either way, smoking is still dangerous for your health and the people's health around you. Busy
